Our Story
4 Blondes Mahjong began when founder Audrey Maw and a group of neighbors started getting together to play. What began as a fun way to connect and build friendships quickly showed Audrey just how powerful Mahjong could be at bringing women together. As more people wanted to learn, play, and be part of that community, 4 Blondes Mahjong was born.
Today, what Audrey started has grown into a family-owned, women-led business, with her daughters joining her in bringing 4 Blondes Mahjong to communities across multiple states. Alongside an incredible team of friends and instructors who have helped the company grow, they create welcoming classes, events, leagues, tournaments, and private experiences where players can learn, sharpen their skills, compete, and most importantly, connect.
At the heart of it all is the same thing that started it: friendship, family, and the belief that Mahjong is about so much more than the game. There’s always a seat at our Mahjong table.
